S A N K A L P A : a visioning workshop for the New Year

Uncover your truest intentions for 2026

Sankalpa संकल्प (sanskrit) is a vow arising from, and dedicated to, your heart's highest truth. Have you wondered what it would be like to enter into the New Year and this fresh start with a clear vision and a grounded intention? It is estimated that 95% of people break their New Year’s resolutions. But there is another way… yogic philosophy offers a clear process to invoke your truest intentions and devote your life accordingly with ease.

Join Hannah Muse as she lovingly guides us through a game-changing exploration of movement, journaling, and powerful visualization practices to enter through the sacred gates to your BEST YEAR YET!

What’s in store for this year’s enhanced SANKALPA संकल्प 2026 workshop:

  • A full day of spacious reflection: crafting vision for the year ahead.

  • Practices for quieting the “shoulds” and turning up the clear, true, (often quiet) voice of heart’s deepest longings.

  • Writing and visualization practices for moving beyond the fogginess and indecision - so you can uncover meaning and direction.

  • Yoga/movement practice to attune to embodied presence, and know the felt sense of your YES and NO’s as you move forward.

  • All the inner and outer guidance required to discover your compass for 2026.

  • Tools for living this year with joyous purpose and in impeccable alignment.

“Late Fragment” By Raymond Carver

And did you get what
you wanted from this life, even so?
I did.
And what did you want?
To call myself beloved, to feel myself
beloved on the earth.

The Summer Day by Mary Oliver

Who made the world?

Who made the swan, and the black bear?

Who made the grasshopper?

This grasshopper, I mean—

the one who has flung herself out of the grass,

the one who is eating sugar out of my hand,

who is moving her jaws back and forth instead of up and down—

who is gazing around with her enormous and complicated eyes.

Now she lifts her pale forearms and thoroughly washes her face.

Now she snaps her wings open, and floats away.

I don't know exactly what a prayer is.

I do know how to pay attention, how to fall down

into the grass, how to kneel down in the grass,

how to be idle and blessed, how to stroll through the fields,

which is what I have been doing all day.

Tell me, what else should I have done?

Doesn't everything die at last, and too soon?

Tell me, what is it you plan to do

with your one wild and precious life?

Here are some stories you may tell yourself to deny this meaningful experience to your one wild and precious life:

  • “I don’t really need this.”

Think of all the things we actually don’t need that we spend time, money and our precious attention on. Imagine if you spent just one day and the cost of a dinner and drinks instead on a clear vision and aligned purpose to set you on track for a whole year? Or, if you’re already feeling crystal clear on your next chapter - then congratulations!

  • “I’m too busy. I’ll do some new years reflection later.”

Will you? Or you could just honor the dignity of your existence and take this sacred pause now, so you can spend these next several “busy” months in greater joy and purpose. There’s no better time than today to sign up.

  • “I feel too all over the place to even know where to start.”

That’s a totally fine place to start, as this process is designed to transform you from the fog of obscurity to clear skies ahead!

Join us this Saturday, January 10th (or via the replay) to:

  • Reimagine a life of possibility.

  • Move from confusion to clarity.

  • Shift from uncertainty to inspiration.

  • Honor the sacredness of your life.

  • Find your 2026 compass.

  • Let your deeper calling, vision and values guide your way to living this year with joyous purpose and in impeccable alignment!

You are worthy of this. This ritual is for you.
