Global Online Meditation Group
Join a sangha (spiritual community) of dedicated, curious meditation practitioners who are called to practice in community. Each 45-minute meditation is gently guided by Hannah, trained mindfulness teacher and experienced practitioner who’s learned through the Theravada Buddhist and yogic traditions of meditation.
After our meditation, you are welcome to stay (or not) for an additional 30 minutes that includes insightful journaling prompts, as well as a space for sharing where we get to witness and be witnessed in a loving, connected space. Our sangha consists of experienced and new meditators alike. All are welcome with metta.
