A 300-hour advanced yoga teacher training (YTT) is an intensive training designed for students that have graduated a 200-hour YTT and wish to deepen their knowledge and refine their teaching skills. It builds upon the foundational 200 hours and provides advanced-level training in yoga philosophy, anatomy, sequencing, adjustments, and more. Completion of a 300-hour advanced YTT allows students to register as a RYT-500 through the Yoga Alliance.

No problem! Many who enroll in this training have other advanced certifications. You can still take this training and benefit from learning from Hannah’s unique teaching style and vast wisdom, expand your yogic knowledge, refine your teaching skills, and enhance your personal practice. This training can also count as continuing education for Yoga Alliance, which requires registered yoga teachers to complete 75 hours every three years to maintain their status. Even if you’re not interested in staying up to date with Yoga Alliance, this advanced training is a great way to dive deeper into your personal practice and/or teaching pedagogy.
