What past participants have to say:
“Every aspect of our retreat was so far above even what I thought it would be. And it wouldn't have been the same if it had been with anyone else in the entire world. Hannah made it special with her intuitive nature, loving presence, and knowledge. I could not imagine a more magical experience.”

Trip Itinerary
Friday, February 13: Retreat begins in Kathmandu.
Your driver will pick you up and take you to the spiritually-enriching retreat center, nestled in the heart of Kathmandu’s Tibetan community (Manose’s birth place), adjacent to the great Boudhanath Stupa.
*Option to fly in a day early, and pay for an extra night’s stay. We can help coordinate this for you.
During our time in Kathmandu, where we will be for the first four nights, it will be Shivaratri, one of the most auspicious holidays of the yoga tradition. We will experience the festivities of this vibrant celebration and visit various temples and sacred spaces, including:
Bodhnath, where pilgrims come to do a sacred walk around the 1,400-year-old stupa, and a visit to one of the many nearby monasteries
Shaku, a stop on the ancient Silk Road and the town where my family came from
the goddess Bajrayogini’s temple overlooking the valley and enjoy a nature hike.
the old city center of Kathmandu, as well as visit Swayambhunath stupa, founded 2,000 years ago. According to legend, a lake filled the Kathmandu valley until the bodhisattva Manjusri drained it with a slash of his sword. A single lotus flower settled on top of a hill, transforming into this stupa.
Kathmandu's medieval city of Bhaktapur, the City of Devotees. A world-heritage site, Bhaktapur is one of the areas of the Kathmandu valley least disturbed by modern life.
Tuesday, February 17: Travel to Pokhara.
From there, we’ll travel to Pokhara, which offers much to explore: stunning views of the snow-covers Annapurna Mountains, Fishtail peak, Seti River, and more!
At Lake Phewa, the Talbarahi temple is located in the middle of the lake, with a peace stupa you can hike to across the lake for outstanding views.
We will rest in the beautiful surroundings of the resort and town; enjoy sunrise yoga, nature hikes, and evening music and meditation; and unwind at our serene eco-resort, Mountain Glory.
Thursday, February 19: Drive to Southern Nepal for Safari!
We will visit UNESCO-listed Chitwan National Park, renowned for its biodiversity and scenic beauty, for a true adventure: Encounter Bengal tigers, rare one-horned rhinoceros, and a myriad of bird species thriving in their habitat.
Chitwan is a paradise for nature enthusiasts, offering undisturbed wildlife spectacles against stunning backdrops. We’ll revel in nature’s wonders, cultural richness, and thrilling wildlife encounters. Seize this extraordinary opportunity to explore Nepal’s cherished sanctuary.
Saturday, February 21: Drive back to Kathmandu.
We will return to our peaceful retreat center, where we will enjoy nourishing yoga, meditation, and music, before concluding our adventurous time together on Monday the 23rd.

What past participants have to say:
“All of our ceremonies were so meaningful and perfect! Every site, every tree, every experience has changed me, and I truly feel like I have been part of such a sacred experience. I find that I am so much more grounded and can find peace with every situation as never before. I was called there, and the entire experience left an indelible mark on my heart. It has enriched me more than any other experience could have. I will be forever changed and always think of our time with such a grateful, open heart.”
