Once you register, a zoom link will be emailed to you with access to the class you selected.  

What do I need?

All you need for Yoga Church is your connected device and a space as big as a yoga mat. A yoga mat is helpful but not essential. If you have some yoga props, feel free to use them but they will not be necessary in the classes Hannah teaches online.
