About Hannah

Hannah has ten+ years of experience, teaching healing professionals how to skillfully share the benefits of restorative yoga. In The Ritual: Restore, she expertly weaves a healing blend of 

* traditional restorative yoga (gentle, reclined postures)

* grounding breathwork

* yin + somatic movement to unwind and rebalance your system

* yoga nidra, an ancient form of restful meditation that’s now being used in clinical settings to lower stress levels and anxiety, improve sleep, lower cortisol (stress hormone that diminishes immunity and causes excess belly weight), treat adrenal exhaustion, improve mood, and as an adjunctive therapy for PTSD.

The Ritual: Restore is great for everyone – as a rebalancing compliment for folks who love stronger movement; as well as for folks who are in need of a much gentler practice due to fatigue or injury. Hannah will demo the class for you with a variety of supportive props you can easily find around your home, so please gather a few pillows, a couple of blankets and/or large towels. If you have any yoga props or an eye pillow, bring those too!
