Kate, a beloved member of the Circle of Devotion, student of Hannah's, and Awake Heart grad, will be teaching this class for Hannah while she is away on retreat.
Kate is a devoted yogi who deeply values this kula. She’s studied with Hannah and under Iyengar’s lineage. She has been a full-time yoga teacher since 2019 and approaches the practice with compassion and joy.
